As Executive Director of Brooklyn Free School and host of the Raising Rebels podcast, Noleca Radway helps parents, children and marginalized people tell their story within a social justice context.   She considers the ability to make connections between people, philosophies, and dimensions her personal superpower, and attributes it to being a Bronx-raised, first-generation Black Jamaican wife, mother, teacher, educator, and Octavia Butler fan.  Noleca received her BA in English from Howard University.  She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, Homero, and their three children.

Alex is an audio producer, editor, consultant and teacher. She’s the producer of Food 4 Thot, which was named \\one of the best podcasts of 2017\\ by New York Magazine, and \\Akimbo with Seth Godin\\, one of the top business podcasts of 2018. She also runs a podcasting class with Seth; they taught more than 800 students last year. Prior to founding Domino, Alex ran the Brand Studio at \\Midroll Media/Stitcher\\, produced television at Fusion and a daily news show at \\Minnesota Public Radio.\\ She loves being Italian and has an acute salt addiction. She also \\went viral once\\ but still remains humble. Alex graduated from Columbia University and went to NYU’s Graduate School of Journalism.

Kenya Anderson understood the fluidity of sexuality and gender at a very young age, due to her mom’s unlikely obsession with the Barbra Streisand’s iconic 1983 romantic musical drama film, Yentl. She’s worked on shows like Billions, Madam Secretary, and Netflix’s Okja. She currently works producing audio and video content for the \Girltrek\, the largest public health non-profit focused on improving the mental and physical health of Black women and girls.

Our work is to encourage children to be fully themselves in a society that doesn’t always celebrate them.
